I got this email yesterday... Could be a customer for life! 

Hi,

Please could you visit to clean a small (less than one meter squared max) area of carpet that is soiled by pet urine. Basically a quick spot clean, but I would like a proper machine run over it.

I live in a third floor flat (40 stairs to carry carpet cleaner up and back down). (ADDRESS REMOVED), Brighton, BN2 4HL. Bevendean basically.

I imagine this would be a really quick job. It can be at a time that suits you...however a handy time for me would be between 4.30pm and 6pm any weekday afternoon.

I will pay in cash of course but I will need an informal receipt but this can just be a brief hand written note written on one of your cards or headed paper, so I can deduct this from my lodgers deposit one day.

I know a lot of carpet cleaners have a minimum call out fee of £25-£40.
 
I would like to find someone who's willing to to do this for £20 all in.                  (His bold not mine!)

The thing I cant really fathom is why all the arsing about to squeeze the price down to stupid level when its not him who is paying and surely £40 deduction for leaving pee on the carpet wouldn't get any complaints from the leaving lodger...........Alan(Swindon)
