hotel pricing

Hi folks,
wonderin if anyone would help me, we've been in the commercial cleaning game for a while but we wouldn't normally clean windows. We are being asked more and more to price for it so I'm going to price a hotel on Friday. How would I go about pricing this and what all would I need to think about when deciding a price. The hotel has roughly 230 windows, access is pretty good the whole way round and it is 3 storeys high. Not sure yet if its a 1 off or a regular thing. Please help.

Thanks again people, I'm not that clued up on the window cleaning side of things. If I were to suggest a frequency to them for a hotel what should it be. Would once every 2 months be about right or is that too often??

nothing is ever to often!!
just if you have the time and you are able to forfill it.
but think about what you want from the contract, its a golf course so make sure you have name on shirt so people know you it could become a great addvert, golfers often have money!
thats why some of the wc on here play
