Swapping lamb motors for electros
« on: October 08, 2015, 08:46:09 am »
As one of my old ancient lamb motors went pop in my airflex pro 600, I'm about to swap them both for the 1500 electro motors. I know a couple of you have done this but can't remember who. Questions are, does it make any difference which way the power wires are connected to the wiring on the machine as they are both black and also where do you attach the earth wire to on the electro motors. The lambs have a screw hole on the main housing and the electros don't.

Cheers, Andrew.

You need to put a loop on the end of the earth wire and attach it to the mounting bolt.

There is a hole on the electro which will take a self tapper of the right diameter and depth.
