Risk assessment
« on: September 17, 2015, 11:23:18 pm »
I wonder if any of you gents would be kind enough to give me any pointers on a risk assessment lay out and what to include, or if anyone might have one they have used in the past and happy to share, I have some communal blocks of flats to quote and it's very large about 20 or so and I would like to put together a package for them.

Hi Richard, we do loads of these and have downloaded templates from hfs direct I think it was in the past... It's just paperwork for your client, but things to include are fairly obvious from these, but they should always include a name and mobile number for supervisor on site.

It's dull and no one reads them, but the above should suffice.

Regards

Jen

Richard, we have risk assesments and method statements which you'll also need. Drop me an email and I can send them over.

Looking at this from the insurance point of view, it really is brilliant to see that Risk Assessments are being completed and form part of your normal working day.  It's often such a crucial part of dealing with an insurance claim, and it is quite often the difference between a claim being paid and not.

Keep up the excellent work !
