Im looking for a pole suitable for two story work that has the shortest closed length possible , weight not an issue as its only for 5 rears that have to be done with a backpack taken through the house .

Any recommendations?

your buying a pole just for the back of 5 houses that you will take through a house?

just use your normal everyday pole.i use either a xtreme 25 or slx 22 for the 3 or 4 houses that i go through to clean the backs.no problem.the 22 has the shortest closed length of the 2 poles though.

They are mews cottages as part of a development that takes a full day , the backs of the properties are rather tight for space so i would like a pole with a very short closed length .

Is that ok with you Dazmond?

If weight isn't an issue, how about a CL-X 18. If memory serves they are only 5' when closed.

I have a CL-X 10 for bungalows but it also does 2nd floor on mews type house. Very light, short closed and cheap, gets plenty of use and great for tight spaces.

+1 - also assuming it can reach your 2nd  flloor windows - it's cheaper & lighter.

I remember at the show I saw a pole called the Pocket which is made buy x-line it was 22ft and ruddy small apparently it is being released this month

i felt that xline pole an when i picked it up i thault is was a 18ft pole he then told me it was a 27ft it was tiny short thing felt very inpresseve

that xline pole sounds spot on , i could of course cut down my old clx 18 , never thought of that , take a foot off each section maybe?

.........or just take a section or two off instead of sawing the sections?save faffing around.

its an old pole that i don't use anymore , if i take a foot off each section the closed length will be much shorter

Just buy a cheap 4-5 section pole and cut each section down to the size you require,I wouldn't do it with an expensive pole but I've done it in the past with a cheaper pole

Cut down a new gardener kevlar pole that will do the job.

Yeah lol that pole is not for run of the mill work though is it,you need serious high and high paying work for it to be worthwhile tbh don't you
