This is an interesting page on what someone thinks of running a chewing gum removal business.

What do you think?

I see what the chap means about gum oils remaining in the slabs now as this pic was taken  a while after someone already cleaned an entrance to a building.... Don't look very good dose it ;D

They done some cleaning in Huddersfield town centre, and it looks awful, taken most of the surface off the coloured block !
They should put a tax on chewing gum, makes a right mess, and its disgusting just spitting it out, worse is when your at a cafe, and your fingers slide underneath and there is a big blob of the stuff . . . . urhhhhhhhhh gross !!!
