No they aren't.
Look around the area you live in for a vehicle body builder or coach builder. (A company that would build and fit small tipper bodies on Transits for example.)
If you can't find anyone, phone a local Ford dealership (or other marque) that has a commercial van dept. Ask them who they outsource van modifications to which aren't able to be done in-house.
