i quoted 195 is this a good quote???

Wow! that sound cheap to me as sounds like they want the whole house redecorated not just cleaned

Never mind as it's a learning curve.
As a cleaner you can only do so much and is a matter of understanding customers expectations as some of that work is really out of the remit of a normal end of tenancy clean. Sounds to me other trades need to be involved on that one too.

Did you have a chance to view the property yourself to find out how really bad the property is to be able to give an accurate quote.  Then speak with the person dealing with it to find out what they really wanted doing as just text can be very misleading.
