Advertising - paid for directories?
« on: September 04, 2015, 08:15:46 am »
Just started adding my website to directories, free ones thus far..

I notice a lot have paid for options, 192, thomson, freeindex, yell etc

does anyone use any of these premium paid for ads and what is the return like?

I have used Thompsons, freeindex and yell with very little success.  You should get more purely through your website if it gets regular seo

A well worded website, with up dates and external links will give you high rankings on search results.  I have been on the first page of google since setting up back in 2007 for many key words.  We do all our seo/web building in-house (the wife does it).

I've found that most of the free directories are pretty much useless
Your better of with a decent website

Adam do you use encap products on commercial (bonnet) carpets or just use your hwe? Sometimes I get in large commercial jobs and could do with an extra pair of hands.
