The job is the floor to be power washed (370sqm), all the red girders washed, internal cladding washed, block paved areas washed, windows in and out with internal frames vacuumed, red metal staircase scrubbed and vaccummed. All needs to be done this weekend. Floors will be clear before we start.

Nothing like loads of notice is there?       You didn't find all this out until last night??? Do you have high access equipment?  What gear do you have?  What are you going to use?  How many guys?  How long to do it?

That area is a little smaller than my unit and I would probably want at least £10K + VAT
