What about cleaning up the overspray.

We cleaned it off. You have to use a lance anyway when using the FSC.

Tom if you have The correct machine, the correct FSC and nozzles there is no way it is quicker than a turbo. Most block we clean now the fsc just rips the most and weeds straight out. Then a quick rinse and turbo edges and the odd tough weed and rinse again.

Less mess and using an FSC is so much easier on the body than using a turbo on everything. I'd probably give up if I had to turbo everything 😢

So what's your combination Neil ?

Machine, flow, pressure, what fsc and nozzles ?

Mine was set up specifically for my machine, it even lifts off the ground  slightly when on full power but it doesn't clean to the same degree as a turbo, chamfered edges, black spot, moss and weeds remain uncleaned or left behind, so I'm firmly in the turbo nozzle camp

I used to turbo pretty much every job, now fsc every job then spot and rinse with the twin lance.

250@21 with 1503 nozzles, also i tend to just use one 30m length of hose direct to the machine as you know you will loose a bit using a reel.

250 bar 21+ I use 025 on block and 03 on slabs or concrete. I generally run above 21+ litres though so that may make a difference.

Neil - you got a little more grunt than my set up, if I get something bigger in the future I'll revisit the fsc option

What price you gonna do me one for Ben  ??? ;D

Be careful did a roof clean for a karcher executive today ( just retired) he was very upset I was using Honda power !

Apparently he's been on to his best mate at head office who runs sales to test out some products ( I wait with baited breath  ;D ) still he couldn't deny your machine did a cracking job ( but it could just be it had a good operator  ;D  ;D )

Don't Karcher power all of their petrols with Honda? They also use Interpump on their most expensive machines..... :D
But yes the operator would have been the icing on the cake! - Have you sorted red machine pump/gearbox yet?

And is this big enough?

Is that the best you can do.....?  ;D

Well I did think that, but who's to argue with a customer !

Not yet,  ::)roll it was needed today, but I shall take it apart tomorrow or Sunday - I just stuffed a bit more oil in it  - I don't think it will run much longer as its really loose now   :-X

It's the biggest machine I have ever built - and to my knowledge there are only two using that pump in the UK. I know that the engine isn't made anymore! They are a right cow to build 50-60 hours work and - just so expensive.

Fun to do though I like the yellow.

I think you'll be lucky if it hasn't caused some real naughties :/ but I've got my fingers crossed for you :)
