We all have freedom of speech, its just how scared we are of the consequences that control us.
Everyone seems normal untill you get to know them!

No such thing as free speech anymore, it even costs me £15.99 a month to come on here using Tiscali, my BT bill is horrendous but not as bad as when I used Excell Telecommunications ( if they ever phone you tell them to get lost ) and my O2 bill must pay for there Directors annual bonus.

I'll get off my soapbox now ( even though I've paid to be in this spot for half an hour ).

Hi

Sadly there never really has been freedom of speech.

Try swearing at a Traffic warden see where that gets you.

We are no longer allowed freedom of expression we are monitored 300 times a day even your MOT is now computerized...hmm

Just noticed a bar code on my Tax Disc, anyone seen that before?

Self employment and the opportunity to make something of yourself is being slaughtered.

Everything is in the employees favour and from next year if you want to sub out any work you will need that persons tax details, inform the tax office before they do the work to see if they are registered, if they are you must pay their tax and if anything goes wrong it is your fault...Hmm

(steps off Soapbox, before I'm taxed for it)

Regards

If your 13 its not a problem you can swear at anyone !

Traffic wardens are great, they are trained to stand out in all weathers, be non responsive, take loads of abuse, be kicked around on a Saturday night, used as a toilet and dragged down the road under the wheels of drunk drivers and all in complete silence.
Or was that Traffic Cones  ??? oh crap!

God you lot are on a downer. Come on take some happy pills or something. Of course there is freedom of speech, it just depends who you are slagging off and if they can see it coming.

By example:
If you call a traffic warden "a useless pimple on the bum hole of society who should be run over repeatedly for fun until he looks like a yellow line" ,  its a safe bet that he might want you to stop saying any more!!

However:
If you ask him "what does he most enjoy about his job, and how rewarding is it to be able to use all his skills within this important roll as a valued member of the community" then you might find him trying to communicate as though you are actually interested. Of course you can then just walk away totally disgusted in the middle of his answer, same message and no hassle  ;D

I know its a terrible example but I didn’t exactly have a lot to work with  ;)
Everyone seems normal untill you get to know them!

Whoever concocted the term '' politically correct  '' should be shot.

I ust read in yesterdays' paper that lesbians are being given IVF treatment, costing £3000 a time but people with cancer are being refused treatment.

I'm afraid if some one is not happy about the normalities of conception and child rearing, as far as I'm concerned, they have absolutely no right to play God and niether have the people who sanctioned this diabolical treatment.

Western society is being led down a very deep hole and may never recover.

What's wrong with '' normal ''and don't anyone call me homophobic , or, heterosexual, as these are made up names, in an attempt to '' normalise '' activities, which are far from normal........

stop giving them credibility
