Adam cc return is poor compared to else where I can't figure it out Mabye they all have laminate floors and leather furniture  :)

I,m more established in barnsley and my seo is better for there saying that been to flanshaw and walton today then to ferryboat fo lunch

So what should you being doing ongoing seo wise?
We regularly update our sites and that seems to do the trick.
Any extra hints (in English please)  ???

1. build backlinks, adding to directories etc.
2.regular updates of all your social media, google plus/fb/twitter/you tube
3.write blog on your site, google loves lots of fresh content, especially if its relevant
