Sealer for fake stone sill's?

Been asked to seal those reconstituted stone sill's on a new build job I'm doing, what would be the best to use topical or impregnating?
Also one has an unknown brown spot on and typically its also the hardest to reach

We use water based Teflon (impregnator). Those sort of sills have no lintel above (like old houses) so all the water ends up on them.
