Hi just a quick question. Not long been involved in domestic cleaning....
How do you all deal customers that cancel because of holidays? Last week we had 3 which was equivalent to 9 hrs.
Is that part and parcel of the industry or do you ask customers to still have their regular clean?
Thanks.

It happens and not only holidays but winter months too or for whatever reason as some are corkers .
To be honest its upto the individual if they remain on their books or not depending on how much work they already have..

Yes this is common. Biggest problem is that like in my case, one of my clients is four hours on a Friday. Now I can fill that spot several times over as it's the most requested day by clients. So I have done and the client when ( if ) they come back will have to take another day. Running a business here and not losing money on the hope they come back. They have been with me a good while so hope they will but I have bills to pay and a wage bill to cover.
