Apprentice or grant
« on: August 17, 2015, 05:23:06 pm »
Ay up . Does anyone know if there's such a thing as a grant  / funding or apprenteship to take on a school leaver . My sons mate has just left and is hassling me for a job . He's a good honest lad who I've known years so I would like to give him a chance . I'm picking up work but not quite enough to give him full time . So was wondering if anyone has managed to get anything like that before . Cheers. Barry .  :)

One our local cleaners has his son as an apprentice window cleaner. He has to go to college 1 day a week and studies a business management course.
