Dissapointed with Daqua membranes
« on: August 16, 2015, 10:00:26 pm »
After reading good things about Daqua on here I thought I'd get my new membranes from them as they were a bit cheaper than Pure Freedom where I normally get them.
Unfortunately I wish I had stayed with Pure Freedom, their membranes get my tds down to about 7 or 8 ppm from a tap tds of around 300 ppm, but these new Daqua ones are only getting down to about 55 ppm.  ???
Anyone else had trouble with these membranes

Sounds like to me you either have not fitted them properly or not flushed them through long enough.
I'm sure if you phone Doug from Daqua he should give further advice.

Myself and practically everyone that I've spoke to view daqua and there equipment as of the highest standard, so I feel there must be something that doesn't meet the eye here.

Give Doug a phone and he will sort it out for you.

Personally I've had the same membranes for 2 years now and they haven't deteriorated at all yet. Still giving me 001 after the membranes.

One of the membranes is faulty, going to exchange it for a new one.
