It forecast rain until 1pm here. Wasn't bad before then but waited. Then it started and hasn't stopped. Nothing done today. 3 hours nap so wide awake for a good skin full tonight :)

Don't know where you get your motivation from Daz, but you are in the wrong job . . . You should be a motivational speaker  ;D

Fair play Dazmond I just find it too depressing, rain getting in the eyes, slippy poles and for some unknown reason when its
pouring down pole and reel hoses seem to catch on everything.

i wear a cap with hood up on goretex jacket to stop rain getting in my eyes.poles are not slippy with gloves on(showa 377s) and ive not noticed hose getting caught on anything more than usual when working in wet conditions.

i dont find it depressing as im still earning money and getting through my workload.i see it as a challenge and you do get a sense of satisfaction when you get home after a bath and tea with a wallet stuffed with cash and cheques. ;D

The hoses don't, I think its just because its wet and miserable it just seems that way, I always find I have a bad hose day when
I'm already annoyed at something else.
