I know a couple of meth heads that will do it for a tenner each
Would it make you feel any better, Daz, to know that I priced a job this week. Underpriced by about 25%. Then...broke a window £60 job. £120 window. Brilliant. 4th window in 13 years.
If you don't really want the job then just text to confirm the price quoted was 400 (not 40 ) for a first exterior window clean. That should do the trick methinks.

Brilliant. 4th window in 13 years.was you using hot water mate? ive only ever broke a 200 year old paper thin window on an old cottage years ago when trad.the custy said "its about time that window was replaced!"and insisted he paid me and he fixed it himself at no charge to myself.i cut my hand and nearly severed an artery in my wrist! im a lucky guy.just goes to show even when we ve been in this game for years we still make the odd mistake.oh well onward and upward.
Dazmond, why would you do a one off clean for 3 hours @ £40 an hour when you're regular work is making that amount. Not having a pop, just think you should price one offs at double your regular hourly rate.
Why not get somebody in to do your painting/decorating Daz? It's a false economy having to take time off work to do it yourself when you can pay a professional to do it for about 30-40% of your own daily takings.I know plenty of local decorators that are more than happy with £120/day.
So you don't want a £40 an hour regular job yet you've picked up next door inside and out for ................. £40 an hour You started drinking again Dazmond?
