Facebook Business question ?
« on: August 09, 2015, 07:18:12 pm »
We have been doing the paid advertising for a few weeks, and have got 4 contact us things !    Does anyone know what this means ?
Does it mean they have clicked through to our website, or actually phoned us ?       I am a bit slow with this type of stuff  :-\

Thanks

Once you get the hang of it, it is quite useful.
Yesterday  for instant I added an extra fiver to my ad for drive cleaning as it was a hot and thought people would be out in the garden and had three people message me through the page about quotes from seeing the ad.
The contact us button can be changed to what you want it to be. If yours is set up for email, website or phoning you everything someone clicks on that button it'll report to you, Mines set up to my website.

Probably about 6-8weeks I think. I recon I've spent about £200 in that time but probably got around 20 or so customers so not too bad of a turn around.
The main thing I do is boost posts so usually put offers on or just have a simple window cleaning photo with the caption have you windows cleaned from £9 per time and boost it. I usually put it Down for about £20 for 7 days and set the target audience to my area +10 miles with ages of 23 to 60.
I do get some people messing me around but the majority I can tell a lot of the time, mostly by the way they speak and if they can spell or not!

We are trying to push the drive cleaning, and gutter cleaning, not really bothered about the window cleaning, but don't mind doing the bigger jobs.     Thanks for the advice, we went on a Facebook Business work shop, but most of the advice went over my head  ;D

Yes I vary it accross the services I do usually I just push the window cleaning and drived the most.
If it's not working try varying the audience a bit or distance. Such as women over 25 or men under 50 and you might hit the right type of people for your area
