hi guys I've been asked to try to remove some scratches on 2 panes of glass . it looks like hardened bird dirt been ground into the window i tried toothpaste but i think its gonna need a professional. any recommendations . the scratches don't look too deep but I've gone as far as i dare tbh ... thanks in advance

Glass kits that remove scratches
I've tried one and they do work

Sounds like now glass restoration work which is a whole different ball game.
I would leave it to firms that know what they are doing like

I agree with Smurf let someone else have the hassle have heard if its not done properly it shows up as if the glass has been distorted

Did you do the scratch ?
If it's a small window you can get the unit replaced from as little as £50
