Cheers mate I'm waiting on Ben to get back with some prices to see if he's anywhere near what I'm looking to spend as like I say if I get 12 months out of something with warranty it will have more than paid for itself over and over with this big contract I have coming up and if be happy to chuck it and buy another cheappy!!

The issue with Clarke etc is they clearly say INTERMITTENT use - basically that gets them out of having to honour the warranty after a  few months, they'll just say it has been used continuously. It's obviously up to y'all but I thought I'd point that out

Heres an ebay link to the pump on those machines - if buy direct from china like Jetmac and this tool seller do this pump costs me $15 so by the time its here nearly 20£

So the bit you hope to last you x amount of time costs less to buy than the brush on the end of your pole.

Dealing with the 3 P's (poo, pee & puke) not to mention blood, used and discarded needles and takaway crap is not my idea of a great job no matter what equipment I would use.

I had a call out of the blue from a chap that wanted a subby to do that type of work and was paying peanuts for the pleasure so I kindly told him to go do one as you do.

My advice If you are going to buy any kind of kit buy something decent that is robust enough to last regardless how long you want to use it for.

Honda GX160 TT1512 (150 Bar 12 LPM ) £450

All come with Vario lance and 10m High Pressure Hose (Can be supplied with suction hose for use with water tank)

Carriage would probably have to be on a mini pallet due to being about 30KG (Might kill the TNT / Parcel Force chap who delivers it)

Hi pal what's the Briggs and Stratton engines like are they reliable etc?

Briggs are better than 99% of the copy engines around and to be honest the Vanguard are BETTER than the Honda, but Honda have the brand embedded in the UK, warranty exists on the engine with your local Briggs and Stratton centre (Same as Honda) (Same as Loncin) The problem with Loncin is EP Barrus are about the only place you can get any warranty work done and there are only two or 3 in uk - compared to hundreds off Briggs or Honda authorised centres.

I would advise you to go for a much better spec washer if wanting to clean say block pavers efficiently.
Basically the higher the flow rate & bar/psi a decent pump can run at the more efficient the cleaning process will be time wise.

Honda gx390 13 hp motor with a reduction gearbox and interpump ws201 15 lpm or ws202 21 lpm spec washers is what most tend to use for domestic work.

Those smaller hp washers that Ben has listed are ok for say car valeting but really not suitable for that type of work if you ask me.
