Depends on the quality of the work, and how long you are prepared to wait for the right offer.
Better to be specific with the details, and have all the names and numbers of customers.
The best source for selling work I have found in the past is window cleaning rounds for sale dot com.
If I were to sell any work now, I would be asking 10 x cleans.
What area is the work ?

In my opinion even at ten cleans it is still a good investment, a few lads I know who employ would give you that all day, but you are hundreds of miles away  ;D

If your renting them out at that much rent why you selling up it doesn't make sense I wish I could  rent my round out and bring that amount off money in a month ?

Sorry but I cannot quite understand what you mean.

Are you saying the rounds between them earn you £7 800 a month? Or do you get £7 800 a month from renting them out or do you mean you want to sell them for £7 800?
Just chant..... Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare, Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. It's beats chanting Tory Tory or Labour Labour.

Somebody is renting a £5.5k round and paying 4k for the privilege? Either you are telling porkies a the person renting is not very bright. Assume they use their own equipment? Otherwise it's employment I'd have thought.

You make £66000 a year renting your rounds out? y sell for £75000???
Surely you could run your business if you rent your rounds out from wherever you are living and make 1 trip up a week/month to make sure everything's ok?
Over 5 years renting before tax £330,000
Sell as a one off for £75,000 if your lucky to find someone with that amount of cash, over 5 years you'll have about £255,000 less in your pocket

Not sure Robert has been that clear with his explanation......... either that or the person paying 4k a month for a 5.5k a month round needs a labatomy.....

I havn't got the answer either. He does say (the OP) something about van and tools for it. I'd assume he provides the van and tools for his current rental set up at them rates.
Whats his round worth if he's moving out the area and someone else is still cleaning it ? Probably not much i'd say. I wouldn;t want to pay much for that and anything go wrong, he'll be in Cornwall and probably the current cleaners will...well you get the idea.........
