Mate, you should have admitted that straight off. It's not a crime and not something to be ashamed off and it would have made things better for you, re the replies and the comments made on here which also I own up to making.

I also don't think spelling is the problem, it's maybe explaining what you mean and just because you can't do that for what ever reason, perhaps next time say that. It will help and generally people are understanding and take that into account provided they know.
Just chant..... Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare, Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. It's beats chanting Tory Tory or Labour Labour.

Robert Hawes is doing okay.

He's got rounds adding up to far more than I have. He works on a building site and he goes carp fishing.  And he lives in Cornwall. And he wants money for a mortgage.

He needs wise advice not being laughed at. So I suggest he gets his advice from someone who has sold a round and can help him. My first question is how much rental does he bring in and how much time does he spend looking after those rounds.

Mind you Robert, you appear to work very hard. What do you do at night? Hang up a big lamp on the coast and wait for the next big boat to come in?
It's a game of three halves!

These days if it was 90% trad you'd be lucky to sell it,I wouldn't want to buy it if it had that many customers expecting trad or having to change them over.  It would be a nightmare changing that lot over I've done it and it's not done in a year or so,on certain work you'd lose loads most have th wants a traditional cleaner I would expect hence 90% trad

I'd be careful, you might struggle with £7800 a month, remember it's a trad round too. ;D
