it was a different round before...more reguler window cleaning...this one has the 500 a month and the one offs..just had a call now to do 2 house cleans..mop etc....never took them on before but this business consists of that aswell so more scope to expand....

I think you got 2 hopes of selling that mate most of the peple in the costa Blanca are not intrested in working never mind paying any thing for it I had a great round in gran alicant bringing in £1500 a month been doing it for 5 years had lots of messers  not one person had 2 bob to there name only wanted 1 months money for it.

Only down side to being self employed in Spain is the taxes . . . . .they take 300 Euros a month even before you have earned a cent !

my books show an average of approx 200 a month in extra work...although i cant really advertise that as its not guranteed some months...some months its a lot more if somome wants a large jetwashing job etc...id assume most of you window cleaners would know about add ons like gutter etc and not really being able to put a figure on them ...out here its even more random

for example..i erant 60 euro in 45 mins yesterday cleaning a conservatory...

would you really say i earnt 60 quid all day fiver an hour.....some of you dont sound like window cleaners lads...u no how the game is somtimes////

ye sorry, this is wrong...it takes 4 days..4 hours each day  to do the reguler 500 quid a month...its all booked in for tuesdays...the other days are made up of one off..500 a month in the summer...not much at all in winter months..summer months are april/may/june/july/august/sept/oct and we get a few call xmas time

we get a few people asking for car valets .painting and gardening which keeps us busy on the other days

Glean as I said . I had a great round in Gran Alicant Was tacking E1500 a month for 3 days a weeks work  had been doing it for 5 years. Tried to sell round with ladders and all EQ for E2000 Not one person came up with the money lots of messers. Just moved back to uk in the end.
