I've got know Idea who makes them and to be honest I don't care as does the job I want them to do just fine

But they are not cheap because if you spend double and buy a polypropylene  casing they are virtually bombproof  and they don't get dented.  I have a couple that are over 8 years old and they have sucked  millions of litres of slurry and crap and are still going strong.  We put these vacuums through their paces on stuff most of you guys will only occasionally  or never encounter

I'm still using steel drums from omni 4200 watt wet vacs with 100mm inlet opening that I've had for years. All I do now is buy the chepo vacs and swap the motor heads over onto the old drums when the motors start to pack up.

Why bother?  We can supply you with the Ametek motors!  That said I cannot comprehend why the motors are packing up!  We have sold 1000's of these triple motor vacs and I bet we have never had to change more than a handful of motors

Why bother?  We can supply you with the Ametek motors!  That said I cannot comprehend why the motors are packing up!  We have sold 1000's of these triple motor vacs and I bet we have never had to change more than a handful of motors

That's perhaps because they don't mess about swapping motors when the machine is worn out they just buy a new one like I do.

I was supposed to be doing a bit today but me bloody knee joints are playing up again.
I've  been told I need a half joint knee replacement on both knees so that is going to be fun when  going through an airport metal detector methinks
