Bodycraft F430 Power rack + Bench +150 kg Olympic weight set

Selling the above as I don't use it anymore, looking for £500 (  cost £1200 new )  No photo's yet but here is a link to  similar ( please note it doesn't have the weight stack, but still has the lat attatchment ) .

Will be sticking it on fleabay next week, so get your offers in early to avoid disappointment!
Think of how easily your pole work will be with a bigger chest and shoulders  ;D

Ok, will include a weightlifting belt so you won't pull your back out when lifting.

Haven't used a belt for 17 years since I did my back in. Your body has a built in belt.
