Selling 2 days work in Southport, very good compact work, one day is all on one road the other is on a couple of roads that all run into each other. Total value of the work is approx £300 so due to the good nature of the work looking for £1000 no offers. Selling due to having too much on at the moment, these jobs are due so money is ready to be made back straight away, can be done as soon as it is purchased.  Both generate plenty of extras like gutter cleaning and power washing too.

It is all wfp and they are all semi detached houses and some bungalows, in the marshside/crossens area.  Like I said they are due but I just haven't got enough days in the week to do them so an instant earner for whoever wants to snap it up.

The only reason I ask is that there is a team of 3 of us and we ideally could do with a little more justify the drive over.  I'd obviously pay for whatever extra work that may be available.  I could do the deal any day this week if that's ok.

I will check how many exactly when I am in the office tomorrow but it takes me 2 days on my own. They are almost all in on the day, any that aren't tend to send a cheque and for the few left I usually just catch up with them the next month.

I haven't got anything else for sale at the moment I am afraid.

One of the days has 19 properties, a mix of semi detached and bungalows worth £139 and the other day has  17 properties worth £154, as I said it takes me 2 days on my own  and you do get extras.  Any serious buyers give me a ring on 07790 198179. They are due so would like someone to take them on asap and  that way the buyer can recoup some revenue immediately from the work.
