They are domain names created to match Google search terms,  which used to help ranking . If some searches 'office cleaning company ' Google will try and give the most relevant websites, a website called 'office cleaning company ' will be seen by Google as a very relevant website so will rank it highly.

But it's their age which is most relevant, if they have just been registered then they will be less useful

Thank you Mike for explaining the importance of a Domain.

The Domains have been registered for 5 years!

Obviously these names are only relevant for businesses involved in office cleaning and has worked well for us over the years.
We are coming out of office cleaning now therefore selling our contracts.

Have a look on lcn as they are not worth much at all being just a generic domain name.

I've also noticed that you also have them redirected to your new site

Having a dash  between words also don't add value to the domain names either.

Now if you where trying to sell say officecleaning.com / .co.uk .london etc now that would be worth a bit for sure

It seems that way for sure on as is all about meeting google's criteria what they think is a relavent website for the search terms used. So obviously good seo helps too plus loads of other things help with organic high page ranking so really has nothing to do with a domain name thesedays.
