If you all think its the same just go and buy Wet N Forget from Costco which was supposedly developed in New Zealand it cost £17.99 a gallon.
I have one arriving next week that has been under development for 6 months and we have now completed on all tests.  It is called Spray & Walk Away it is a lot like  A****l*** ;D ;D ;D
Sounds interesting Kev, any idea of a price ?

There are lots of mickey mouse product out there that don't realy work as they are p weak but yours sounds quite interesting...

How much?

Just working now on final pricing but it will be very competitive and it definitely works!  I will try and post a few pictures of the various trials we did on it  to show you all how good it is.  However, like Algoclear the results are not instant ;D ;D ;D  So I know a lot of you want instant results

Unfortunately it will be called "Spray & Walk Away"  not "Magic in a Bottle"  ;D

Have you bought one of those new pressure washers yet?

You know the one don't you?
You lie in bed with your tablet,
It puts itself in the van,
Drives to the job by remote control,
Jumps out and sets itself up,
Does the job for you,
Collects the cash from the Custy + Tip,
Puts itself back in the van
Returns back to you by remote control ;D ;D ;D

The problem is it's not just us that what instant results but also the customer, it's a very hard sell to try and take the customers money when they have not received what they paid for, you can tell them that eventually the stuff will give the desired result but until they see a result I think they would be very reluctant to pay.

I would thinks it's an ideal add on for surfaces that have been cleaned to give a protection against future growth

It won't give protection against future growth…..go back and get payed later when the surface is clean  AND UNDAMAGED.

I have to say that if it is explained to a customer properly then there should be no issue to get paid.  We did two tennis courts with it for one of my regular customers and earned a small fortune considering all we did was sprayed it and walked away!  She rang me 3 days later to say how impressed she was with it!

Of course if it 3 days,  try telling them it's 3 months to see a result .

But if your product works in 3 days then I would say that's almost an  instant result.

Longer than 12 hours

So Mr customer I've got this great product that can have your roof cleaned either in 12 hours or 6 months dependant upon conditions etc etc.  You can see why one professional cleaners are reluctant to offer it when they can't tell customers how quick their product will work.

"Professional cleaners" …do you know any? Most don't know their arse from their elbow.
I am a professional cleaner… I use the correct method for the substrate we are cleaning (soiling taking into consideration) .

Some people would argue a professional cleaner would not pressure wash soffit, facials and gutters.. You do. You say it does not damage the s,f,g cause you do it right. Some people will disagree with that. Just like those that pressure wash roofs and if done correctly can be just as efficient as algoclear pro but with immediate results.
