Lost 7 or 8 customers in same street after one old lady pointed out that the stains under her window were being caused by the window cleaner. Been cleaning these houses for 18 years and 6 years on W.F.P
How do I win the trust of these customers back and convince them that the poles aren't responsible for the stains?
