Please note that at the end of the week the clean is completed the company would require a date and time, which gets passed onto the Customer to check their CCTV

WE ARE SHOCKED AND AMAZED BY ADAM @ THOMPSON PRO CLEANING CALLING US AN 'IDIOT' AND SWEARING DOWN THE PHONE WHEN WE TRIED TO CALL HIM TO DISCUSS HIS DEFAMATORY COMMENT - ALL OUR CALLS ARE RECORDED AND THIS IS CLEARLY NOT THE WAY A WINDOW CLEANING COMPANY SHOULD CONDUCT THEIR BUSINESS. YOUR COMPANY HAS BEEN REPORTED AND WILL HAVE TO FACE THE CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR ACTIONS
