Hi all as I am not a rotary encap specialist I do believe it has a function when doing ongoing maintenance. My client of mine has a very large carpeted area of 2180 sqm. this is mostly for functions, weddings and is incredibly busy. I do a deep clean of all the carpets on a quarterly basis. Both myself and my client are looking for an ongoing solution so that there staff after training can keep the carpets looking fresher between deepcleans and believe that bonneting with pads (thick pile carpets) would be ideal.
QUESTION. What in your opinion  would be the best rotary self spraying machine and encap product would give the best all round ongoing result, taking the size of the place into consideration and most marks are food/drink orientated. Also maintenance will be done by general cleaning staff.
