In all seriousness you need it jetting properly by the person who sold it to you free of charge - there is no way you should have to touch anything on the machine to make it work... thats just not cricket

Firstly my wrist is nackered so I'm unable to remove the jets to replace even if I had replacements.
Secondo the rotary cleaner is rated to 4000psi and 31 litres per min and set for optimum efficiency by the manufacturers. So I would have assumed that the jets could cope with only 3000psi and 21 litres per min.
There must be an abundance of people on here that have this equipment so what jets have they got fitted?
Get your Specsavers goggles out and let me know 😉

The machine is RATED to that pressure and flow but to get it to work on your machine it has to be JETTED correctly - without knowing exactly what pressure and flow your machine is producing - NOT necessarily what the pump says it is capable of we can't tell you what jets you need. We can guess? @ 21lpm 200Bar you should be on 035's :)

I will try it tomorrow on a very small job and see how it goes, if it's not bobbing about and cleaning as I would like I will look to take this up with the supplier.  I'm concerned about the jet that's protruding more than the other and the fact it has some sort of adhesive around the thread although this could be the new PTFE that a plumbing merchant told me about.
Thanks for the info chaps and if ben reads this I can't see the 12" replacement bar on your site, just in case it breaks if I need to replace the jets.
H9 is the only marking on the jets dose this indicate anything?

We do the bar but no one has ever killed one yet so is on he very long list of to be added products! :D

The adhesive will be loctite or thread locker - they should be in a roughly equal distance but it is not crucial to be mm perfect. Odd jets is usually just slapdash installation - H9 could be anything - a photograph would be the best help :)

Used the rotary today with the pressure turned down and then increased like he said.
So the result is no pw stalling and no wobbling rotary and mono block came up good.
 :)

Permanently?  I wouldn't think everyone runs there machine at full throttle and full pressure permanently though. Doubt it would affect warranty either.

If you are restricting the flow with the unloader it will be in bypass which as a rule is not ideal. Adjustment on throttle is fine :)
