Commercial carpet courses
« on: May 31, 2015, 08:47:17 pm »
Looking for a course specific for commercial carpets, to include all viable modern teqniques and practises. Its not for me but a family memeber with a large office cleaning business. They offer carpets but are stuck in their ways with bonnets and multi pro and I suggested up to date course could really improve thier business.

I know altec do one and im guess csuk would be a great place to learn?

And recommendations please guys

Lew

Paul Pearce @ Alltec  and Chemspec Europe are the only 2 teaching commercial cleaning.

However its not so much about the cleaning than dealing with the clients and contract negotiation skills.

Nothing specific. I picked up all I know from all the emails and corrsepondance my father used to send and of course being present in the meetings.

I havent really read up, researched or learnt anything. A quick google of contract negotiation brought up a few uni papers and books on the subject.

Presentation of your proposal is key. Dont go to heavy on the method or systems side of things.

Did you attend the last 3 TACCA days? I have a Dropbox folder of templates and stuff that you can adapt to suit.
I can add you to this if you send me an email to jamie@cleaningsystemsuk.com

Thanks Jamie will do. I haven't made it to a tacca day yet hopefully will make the next one . I'm enquiring on behalf of my father in law but I will certainly pass anything on.

Cheers

Just email jamie@cleaningsystemsuk.com with Templates in the title and I will add that email address to the Dropbox access list.

Copy the files over to your computer and edit as necessary.

Dont edit them in the Dropbox folder as that shares your edits with everyone.

We all got to see Dan Patons Quote / Proposal once upon a time.

To everyone that has requested the templates my apologies for not getting you added yet. I have been out of the office since last Wednesday. I will get you all added today/tomorrow. I promise.
