I agree with Stuart as I recently brought a cimex for cleaning a lot of commercial carpet I've had pop up and I must admit it's a beast and weighs a ton. Cleans bloody well but Getting it in and out the van is like doing a gym session.  Using it for domestic carpets is over kill in my opinion

it must be somthing to do with the actual electric motor itself as they all the pump heads seem to be pumptec 205vs

after dropping mine the first time I took it out of the van to use it and put a lovely dent in it, I bought twin telescopic ramps
they fold over your bumper and you just have to align the cimexs wheels , makes life a bit easier

Hi all, I purchased the enforcer 400 psi in January, built in heater, V2 steam mate, don't post on this section a great deal as you get all the usual  Ba))0(£s about carpet cleaning being used as an add on, we have sub,d out CC for years now with good and bad results, I had guaranteed work, all commercial, we run our enforcer from the van on 90% of all jobs,  as yet not a bad word to say for it, total package purchased with sebo duo,  hard floor wand, chems, upholstery tool, few other ancillary bits & bobs 6k, this has already paid for itself.

There maybe better machines on the market but I can't fault this one, we even pumped out a whole pub on Friday where somebody had been in and ripped out central heating system, cellar flooded, ground floor flooded, not an ideal use of the machine but it got us started while we waited for gear from speedy.

I was working at a house this afternoon, it started raining, my Scorpion was outside , and I was thinking an Enforcer might be a better idea ! Ok I have a rain cover for the Scorpion but its a bit of a palaver putting it on I didn't hsve it with me anyway!  I had my drop in emrrsion heater sticking out of the clean tank ! An electric shock just waiting to happen ! Lol

Stuart - no i have the Airflex, hence you can see i am unbiased.

I know 4 people though who have all had an Enforcer and previously had triple vac machines (Scorpion, Jaguar & Airflex) and they are all over the moon with the Enforcer and the way it is engineered and its usability in the real world

I would tell you one thing... If you choose enforcer you won't be disappointed.
And I am not a marketing man from Ashbys ;)

One thing is, if you thinking about v2, think twice which option you would choose as for me build in is 100% better than the separate one, may not be for you. Machine is a bit heavier but I just lift it when Its go to the van.

Ive ordered a Storm from John Kelly , the vacume strength of the Enforcer was a lot less than I currently use , I did like on the onboard heat of the machine but to me that was the only plus point

dont think so its more powerfull, steammate is 3000w as well is it?
you need to know that getting hot water from stone cold water is a myth, they cant take the flow on dual jet wands, makes you working so slow
if you working as a porty indoor then try to fill the machine with a warm water, then inline heater will get you what your looking for

It will only produce steam if you use hot water in the tank. The hottest you can get from cold is about 60 degrees. Thats with the magma anyway. Not sure about the steam mate but I cant see how they can work any differently.

You have two heaters !   I say put em both to work  , one at the machine the other at the wand  , thats something iv being meaning to do for when i run in two vac mode  , might as well be using the electricity if its there .
I do occasionally run the Enforcers immersion  at the same time as my inline , thats helps keep temps consistent also .  I find the Amtech 3kw works just fine , great heat from cold for upholstery , feed water needs to be warm for consistent heat  for wand work though .

I have somthing called a cool tail ! Its a long drop in imersion heater aprox 3.5 kw ive used it for the last 8 years or so, but to be honest its rare I get to a domestic job when there is only cold water,
one other thing, although the Enforcer has this enduraguard water pump, if you use powdered chemical you will envalidate the warantee, I mainly use Chemspec powderd chemicals
