How much do you all charge to clean these with wfp
One I quoted is about 10 ft not that dirty few green bits

Depends on how  high etc. If its 1 sign at normal height, its like cleaning a shop window. Anyone can do this. If its high up and pole is needed, then price is higher. A sign is like a window . Remember. Nobody is looking through it for marks etc

I learned long ago never to do something for nothing.  Once you do it suddenly becomes part of the work spec.
A house I do outs only: Lady asks if I could do inside of kitchen windows, yes I say...didn't charge. Now every time I go it's "did you clean the inside of kitchen windows"?

 Just tell her in future if she wants the inside of the kitchen windows cleaned, there will be a charge for the extra service,
 just nip it in the bud now, simple's.

Ifs its an old lass. I do it cheap, but never free...well I must admit. If they have paid for all gutter etc then ask how much to do a small item. I do it free. Something that wouldn't be cleaned every time. Even changed light bulbs. I am a sucker for helping the old

But if a customer is giving u say £1000 a month and asks for a 10 min job to be done, am simply not a money grabber and would always say that's no problem, as opposed to others who would be yes that's another £20 !!

As I think the kind thought of doing it would go a lot further than a simple £20 earned.
