The windier it is the better. Windows dry so quick, they dont have time for poop to stick to the water.
If the wind is blowing to the side of a window at 20mph the glass will take longer to dry then if the wind was 60mph.if the wind was blowing straight onto the glass then it wouldn't matter. Plus i use vision, so i have an advantage anyway.
Depends whats in the air though ? Doesn't mean it has poop in all day long? Ground could be wet, from where i have done other windows.

wind has been aa right pain the last few days...tree pollen sticking on glass etc
