Isn't maths a wonderful thing,........take 1 number times it by another, divided it by half the original number,  times it by your birthdays  and you get the next lottery numbers ;)

Your theory starts falls apart at the double it to 6k, which would mean me doing 2 nights a week and full days on Saturday & Sunday. I find the 3k manageable without  the delivery taking over my life.

As I said it works for you and you are comfortable with that but it's nice to aware that at any time you needed to, you could scale your  business with pretty much zero impact,...

seriously ,you are not also delivering the leaflets yourself, are you ? why is anyone delivering their own leaflets this is very poor use of your time.

It's only a poor use of time if it takes time away from something more important.  Most of us have ample time avalable during the day to do say 90mins leafleting.

I do deliver my own leaflets if I don't have work on when I have my  2 guys going out, then I leaflet with them.  Mostly I drop them off and go do my quotes or they accompany me in the van .....as I work they leaflet.

What would be a reasonable amount to pay someone to do some leafleting ?

I have 2 guys. a 20yr old university student and a 19yr administration assistant. I pay them the minimum wage  which  cost me just over a£5 an hour they do 3 x 3hrs a week so I pay £90 a week in wages I get about 3k leaflets delivered ........if I help out on one shift.

So for £30/1000 I get a guarenteed, solo delivery to exact areas that I want (inc small remote  villages that no one else will leaflet)

Ps: To anyone who thinks paying min wage is exploiting them...... they have a choice they want to do it.
