restormate....  its a product i use as a replacement for a similar one i used in the past, i find it much better!
not really for total minging carpets but for cleaning carpets in not too bad state its very very effective!
120 to one and dont put too much down, agitate then give a good dwell and rinse.... a 5l tub will last you ages....

I have been using colloidal micelles technology for over 14 years now, one of this centuries most promising advances in environmental science, micelles based solutions can be used safely on any surface that is washable with water, there are now many janitorial suppliers across the globe stocking and promoting these safe and very effective cleaning solutions as there are so many features and benefits to using colloidal chemistry.

wrong dilution? not enough agitation? not enough dwell time?  using on a too heavily stained carpet???
worth another try..... dont mix too strong..... dont put too much down.......

why would you use a chem that needs more agitation, more dwell time etc.
it all takes your job slower, more spotter used etc.

I use it for organic odour jobs ,  including urine , dog grease etc ,it is fantastic for those jobs ,  for actually dirty fabrics I use RPM/SPM
I clean carpets
I dry Buildings

as per jason, on organic stains and on carpets that are not actually minging, it does a great job...
doesnt waste time for me, as i will vac, spray, agitate, then allow dwell whilst i a) set up my machine, or b) prep next room,
no wasted time, just a good return on chemical investment due to the dilution rate!!!! i do understand that for some folks tghis type of chemical hasnt worked, but there you go, it works for me and i think bioclean is particularly good..... mpower was okay as well.....

on filthy carpets i would use different chemicals accordingly.............

there is a huge amount of info available on the net if you google colloidal micelles technology, from my experience yes it does take time to get to grips with and the only way to understand is to get some and carry out your own testing, micelles are tiny in size but can achieve amazing results when it comes to cleaning any soiled surface, its all about understanding why they work and how to use them properly for your specific cleaning tasks.

cost of chems is the smallest outcome from your profit, its all about 1-2euro per house, few cents more or less does not make any difference. But more spend on spotters makes some difference.

Been testing mpower and still somethimes use it, but its a bull sh..t. Been using this eco stuff on other surfaces and has no cut power at all, time is money.
Good for general daily cleaning thats all.

I find most of my Clients don't have minging carpets so don't need stronger products to clean but when I do pure clean or restore it does the job for me, also love ultrapact on draught marks but like is said that is the exception not the rule,
have used bio clean on another job on Friday so used a total of 100 ml so far...gonna be a while before I get through the 5 litres I bought
