Try doing a test area with Miracle Heavy Duty Acidic Cleaner using a Mono Rotary and an SIC Brush.  I will send you a sample if you cover the postage costs

why not just go into your local pound store and buy a bottle of Harpic h/d toilet cleaner and descaler which also contains hydrochloric acid and will give you the same result.

What a dopey bit of advice!  He is a Professional Cleaner and as such wants to look like a professional cleaner!  You don't look very professional turning up with a bottle of bog cleaner do you?  What happens if the client asks him for an MSDS Sheet for product for example?  Will he be better with this?

Paul dose the gardening for his client and she has asked him to see if he can remove it, i am sure Paul will want to do a test patch first, why not just buy the bottle of Harpic cleaner descaler it has the same ingredients as your product, his customer if she has left her patio get in such a state probably won't care as long as Paul can get the results, if he dose he can then contact you for your product.

Turbo nozzle should make light work of that, but it looks like there's some black spot their too.

If it was one of my clients i certainly wouldn't use hydrochloric acid as it would soften the surface of the slabs because through the action of the acid reacting  make them more porous and also fade any colour if they have a dye in them, from the pictures Paul has posted the slabs look as if they were red at one time and have a heavy lichen growth problem, the safest and most effective solution i have come across for this is get a slow speed rotary machine with a white pad under the drive disc then put about six or seven 40 or 60 gram stainless steel scouring pads under the white pad and just scrub the slabs releasing plenty of water from the tank as you go, this method will eat through heavy lichen and also remove any ingrained soils from the slabs just rinse off after for perfect safe results.
