Best method of Cleaning this please?

                  Hi the customer lives quite far from me but tells me its a suede like material that leaves watermarks.... just wondering whats the best way to clean it please?

There is a good chance its Faux suede. When you survey have a check if it is just HWE it will come up great.

simply ask how much did she pay for it, if the price is just a standard then its a faux sude, probably microfibre that wil come up very good, just good dry it when you ther as stains like to hide on wet fabric of this type, you dont want to travel back there to remove one stain you missed

Looks more of a velour pile to me just make sure its not viscose before you wet clean it.

Thanks for the replies... i think she will be getting it sorted through the company she bought it from as she has insurance withe them for it & she is also still paying for it £899 :)
