Are they really based in London , or are they based in India and outsourcing using a London address and the convinience of "the cloud" ? Could be cheaper to directly outsource accountancy to India rather than go through an expensive  Chancery Lane, London Office. There's lots of information about outsourcing accountacy on the many business forums.  And the good thing about using "the cloud" is that it has no geographical boundaries.

No need for me to have anything too fancy with accounts.  I'm just a sole trader earning a very good wage from it.  If I ever wanted to expand more and things got complicated, I'm sure mine would deal with it adequately.
