"We made this one quite some time ago with the help of a doodle artist - hope you like it!"
its  B/S  why must you hone in on other guys hard work. I don`t know who you think you are fooling. It seams you are not happy
Sorry Rhine as I opened your you tube this is what can up
hence my response. Sorry again.

I love running my business - why would I put so much effort into making over 330 videos so far and exhibiting at 7 shows this year?

Everything I have done so far is done by me or I have paid someone to do for me. Who are you anyway?
I  had it made for me and the doodle artist would have used some library images - but all our own wording - just used a guy for a voiceover who made the doodle - about 18 months ago  - So stick that up your pipe and smoke it!

He's Grafting away nicely.

We are just about to sign up to become sponsors for Action on Hearing Loss
when you do your after dinner speaking and chat to your sponsors then please quote the follow which you said in another post
quote  from Rhino
"Over a year ago I had a deaf and dumb guy ask me for a job within our company.
At the time I said no because of our van insurance is for over 25 year old's only."

just see what the outcome is and see how well your be liked then  ;) ;) :P :P :P

What's wrong with that Franky?
Is it more PC to say 'mute' now?
just cause your deaf doesn't make you dumb ,so no its not the right thing to say  ;)

Do you mean dumb as in stupid?
Or mute?
The fella Rhino's employed is deaf and mute.
I'm not sure how intelligent he'll be-he's applied for over a hundred jobs and not a sausage back?
Either he is applying for jobs not suitable for him (which would make him stupid) or he's not good enough to get the job he's applied for.
Bunging a CV in the post 100 times doesn't count as applying for a job either, IME.
He's not be the sort of lad I'd want working for me but it has nothing to do with his disability.

Far too much work as it is, Darran!

I am aware though.
Quite a few things I need to tweek on there.
Soupy usually looks a couple of times a day and posts his findings. ;D
It's been a cracking website to be fair. I've barely touched it in 18 months and it's brought in far too much work for me to handle.

I'd be prepared to consider the fact thats he not secured a job until Darren took him on because people are discriminating because of his disabilities.

I would have always said nearly new, not new...

I had a new Trafic, and after the 20 grand of payments I got 3.5k five years later. Shocking!
However there's better deals on some new stuff now.
I know a few people who've had new at 4.5% apr, whereas used is 9%.

I've got a used T5 now anyway, so ain't worried about value, will hold it all day long.
Only real depreciation is the first two years...

Fair point.
I can't see over 100 companies being discriminatory though.
I'm gonna bow out on that note.
I don't wanna seem like I'm having a go at the guy. I wish him all the best. And am glad he's now got a job.
