I don't know the retail price but it is a nice pice of kit, I nearly bought an iveco van with lift on top for £13k plus vat, had a good look at it and it goes up high ok but never boomed out far enough to the sides to make it worth the investment.
I think to throw 30k on the table you would have to have work lined up for it already with a future for it.

When we bought this one we were hiring one in quite regularly so it made sense to buy one
