Nice way of describing an employee.
You wouldn't want to be labelling him or anything.

What you've just done by posting that here and filming him working like that is probably just about the most desperate marketing technique i've ever seen. I'll think on it and have a look again in the morning but i don't think my view will change. You've employed a deaf/mute guy and we're all to think you're great? You're using him as a potential marketing tool, its a shame. And i should know, i've got lots of Black friends and Gay friends too.

any one armed window cleaners ?? Needing there scrims wringing out   ;D

Good on you rhinoman,
as far as the silly comments on other side about him not hearing vehicles and other things like that, just ignore, his eyes work twice as hard, if I want to shout Chris ( my deaf mate ) I stamp my foot and he will feel the vibrations, I no this won't work on the high street but, things like pagers, phones on vibrate.

You see where am coming from.

He will be flying in 2 weeks, I would consider have something on his t shirts, like.....

Rhino pressure cleaning
With a sign on it showing deaf people/ hearing aid pic.

Joe public is so rude and this will help him and others. He's not stupid he's deaf, he will see a car coming, or someone walking past, and let's be honest when you working away with pressure washer you can't hear a thing and you always looking out for hazardous situations, coz you can't hear properly with machine. This is how it is for him everyday.

Hope things work out for him.

I have employed a black lad with curly hair.

I have also employed a short lad from the Indian sub continent.

I have recently  employed a spotty lad who prefers the company of men rather than women.

I would like to employ a 16 year old with larger than average mammary glands.

I have employed a Pole.  His hair resembles a window cleaning brush.

Note to self:  Get eyes tested.

No.
My missus had to go without on Valentine's Day. She was gutted. I didn't get any grief though. I just blamed Rhino.
