[Deep Cleaning Solutions]

I have a small commercial job next Tuesday the 21st available. The job is in Liverpool City Centre and is booked in for 3.30pm. The job I'm informed took 3 to 4 hours max for one person last time and is only a few small offices and a small corridor. We have not done this job before but have done loads of work for this client but this job Is just too small to make it worth traveling  for us so I'm looking for someone or a team closer to Liverpool who's reliable. I have seen images of the job and it's not too bad,  just the odd black stain, drink spills ect so low moisture should be fine with this one. To be honest I don't have a lot in this as far as budget is concerned so I would be paying £175, payment to sub-contractors is always completed within 7 days of us receiving your invoice. I know everyone say's this but their is a very good chance of further work if everything goes ok. We complete about 10 large commercials a month in the North West and we normally pay £350 per day for a 1 man team or £450 for a 2 man team for your future reference.
