many thanks Radek, ive written that down for tomorrow.............. ::)roll
what i really want to know is, do you have to use the renovators first to remove debris, or do you use renovators at the same time
as cleaning?? should i prespray, agitate with pro 35 then  extract? is encap better? i know its quicker??  think ill be having a bit of a play tomorrow.....

no need to use renovators if you are going to do extraction, and if its a deep clean, not maintenance then you will extract

If the crud is coming out the carpet when you agitate then fit the renovators to catch it  enjoy
