Help needed
« on: March 26, 2015, 02:07:33 pm »
Hi so , i need some help with my wfp system. i came home yesterday cos i thought the aux 12v battery way flat. So fully charged it over night and today is seems to go flat again.

To cut a long story short i bought  a new battery and fully charged it and now all i get is a flashing light on the controller!
So it shorly cant be the batterys? Is it the flow control? or the pump?

Also how can i wire the battery direct to the pump?
I much appreciate any and all help

George

It'll be your controller, George.
It always is.

There's a red & black wire in the pump.
Connect red to positive terminal on your battery with an inline fuse.
Black to negative.
Pump will run flat out.
Disconnect a wire to turn it off.

It's just the internet. Try not to worry.

Glad you're sorted, mate.
Have a look at Tosh's posts on making your own flow controller-he made it for next to nothing and really rates it.
