What chemicals will help and what equipment as not done one. It's covered in cement that's been washed but dusty cover still there and stickers

Walk away from it. Will take more than twice as long as you think plus any scratched glass will be down to you unless you get a signed waiver

It's a customer not builder. And it's priced very high so I will not walk away I see it as a challenge.

harpic toilet cleaner with limescale remover works well on cement. Its nice and thick so it stays where you put it. Put it on, leave it to break down the lime in the mortar for 5 mins then use a scraper. Only push the scraper in one direction and wipe the blade after each stroke to make sure there is no grit stuck to it. take plenty of new blades. You may need to repeat the process a couple of times depending how thick the blobs of mortar are.
